  • If you have forgotten your Password, it will be reset and a temporary password will be sent to you upon verification of the information provided above. Change this temporary password immediately after receiving it to one that is easy for you to remember.
  • Requests for Staff usernames and passwords will be sent to the store manager. The manager will then administer the information as required. Katz Group Canada will not send account information to a staff's personal e-mail address.
